No wings here. I perform handyman services and woodworking on the side so it’s tough to man a phone. I find email gets the job done nicely, and creates a record we can both look back on. I respond to inquiries as quickly as possible - ypically within 4 hours or less.

I do my best to get things on their way within 2 business days. If it’s a custom order it will take time to make it first. In that case I’ll keep you updated on its progress. The timeline will depend on complexity, and its place in line.

Shipping these days is pretty pricey on my end, but I know it stinks to get hit with a huge charge during checkout. I limit shipping fees wherever possible.

If your item is damaged or has a defect, give me a holler and we’ll get it sorted out. If you’ve simply decided you changed your mind on something, I can’t offer a full refund since I can’t resell it, but we should be able to come up with something.
