Hi! My name is Rob , owner of Raptor Trail Home Services. If you have a project you’re not comfortable doing, don’t have the tools for, or maybe just don’t feel like working on, I can help. I hold a Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor license, and am fully insured.

While my focus is often on electrical (replacing outlets and fixtures like lights and fans), drywall patches, and furniture assembly, my experience also includes framing, vinyl flooring, painting, and hanging doors as well as repair of toilets, sinks/faucets, and making and installing cabinets.

Flood Light Replacement

This old flood light was done in by a sizeable wasp nest. I replaced it with a new 3 direction LED fixture.

Chandelier Replacement

Swapped out an older brass chandelier for a different style. The new one needed a longer chain so I sourced that and added it on.

Ceiling Fan Swap

This old fan had stopped working. I swapped it out for one with a light kit. Since the old fixture was just a fan, the wiring inside the wall only allows for one on/off switch. To get around that I also added a remote to separately control the fan and lights.
