I provide estimates for most projects. It will be based off numerous factors - the complexity of the project, if you already have materials, time frame, etc.

My estimate will be based off of the information available to me at the time. Occasionally complications can come up that change the original scope of the project. In this case I’ll write up a change order describing any additional costs and what needs to be done.

My full time job is as an engineer designing hydraulic devices mainly for aerospace and outer space applications. I run Raptor Trail on the side because I love working with my hands, and seeing projects come to life. I’ve worked on projects for myself from small: like installing a mailbox; to large: like finishing my basement from bare concrete to finished drywall.

The first one will always have a special place in my heart. Nearly wore that VHS tape out.
