This end grain cutting board is hand crafted from Hard Maple and American Black Walnut and measures 19.5” x 12” x 1.75”.

This end grain cutting board is hand crafted from Hard Maple and American Black Walnut and measures 19.5” x 12” x 1.75”.

The wood of an ‘End Grain’ cutting board is oriented so a knife blade slips between the fibers rather than cutting across them to limit blade wear. The board is finished with a blend of food grade mineral oil and beeswax mixed in my shop to protect the wood.
